Villa Salleh, 82 Rening: An Industrial Villa with a Private Pool in Batang Kali

In Kampung Hulu Rening, Batang Kali, 82 Rening brings together a café, five villas and a row of chalets in a village setting surrounded by forest. This visit took us to Villa Salleh, a spacious villa that's ideal for big families or gatherings that want privacy.

Villa Salleh is the only single-storey villa in their collection, at around 3,600 square feet. The living and dining areas are open-concept, facing the deck and a private swimming pool. The design is industrial-style, and it has its own entrance and parking for about 10 cars.

The villa sleeps up to 24 people in six rooms, each with its own bathroom and air-conditioning. Two rooms fit six people, while the other four fit three. Up on the roof, there's a deck of around 1,000 square feet with a mini football pitch and tables for chilling. At night, the outdoor BBQ area is perfect for a grilling session.

Around the resort, guests can try archery, mountain biking and swimming in a pool under the forest trees. Among the other villas, we were most taken with Villa Khatijah, which fits 16 to 20 people.

For small families, Chalet Series 7 offers seven units facing the Titiwangsa Range, with a shared swimming pool and bunk beds. Each unit is suitable for three people.
