Want new electricals without paying full price? T-POT Kota Kemuning runs on an open-box concept, meaning items are brand new but their boxes have been opened. According to staff, every item is checked and graded, so buyers know its condition before paying. Outside the shop there is also a clearance sale of branded goods.
The range is wide, from cooking stoves, TVs, microwaves, fridges and air-conditioners to laptops. When we visited, a 50-inch smart TV went for as little as RM700 and air-conditioners from RM600. Extended warranties are also available.
A nice touch is the trade-in programme, which lets you swap old electricals for cash. You can also buy online, with instant delivery and free delivery on purchases of RM3,000 and above. The store is open daily from 10am to 8pm, with free parking right in front.
