For anyone craving the viral sushi taco, the Sushi Taco stall was one of the highlights of the Food Hunter festival at AEON Mall Nilai. The food festival ran for five days, from 29 April to 3 May 2026, daily from 11am to midnight, and has now ended.
According to the vendor, the taco shells are made in-house. Each is filled with Japanese cucumber and two sauces, Japanese mayo and spicy tomato mayo, before the topping of your choice goes on.
We tried the three bestsellers. The tempura prawn came with four large prawns, the salmon mentai was a proper mouthful, and the baby octopus was packed with filling. They are big, so be ready to get a little messy.
