Looking for a romantic spot for a birthday or anniversary? Scarlet's Rooftop sits on Level R of Pusat Perdagangan Chow Kit, and every seat looks out to the KLCC towers. There are three zones: an air-conditioned indoor area, an outdoor section for the night breeze, and an upper deck that is the most romantic and private.
The candlelight dinner set lets couples pick two mains and two drinks, served with a starter of the day, fries and cake. We tried the golden buttermilk chicken linguine with a rich buttermilk sauce and big, crispy chicken, plus a sizzling beef cutlet loaded with meat. For drinks, the blueberry mojito with fresh blueberries was refreshing, while the strawberry pineapple mocktail had a bold strawberry flavour.
For Ramadan 2026 the restaurant ran a promotion for groups of four to six, but that offer has ended. According to its umai booking listing, à la carte bookings carry a minimum spend of RM100 per guest. Slots are limited, so book before you go. After dinner, do not miss the OOTD photo spot, which is free for everyone.
