Royal Mustika Ballroom in Sungai Jati, Klang is a wedding hall by trade. Throughout Ramadan 2026 it hosted the Cahaya Ramadan buka puasa (fast-breaking) buffet. The hall is large, attractive and air-conditioned, so breaking fast felt comfortable even with a crowd.
Most of the spread was village-style cooking: masak lemak telur itik (duck eggs in turmeric coconut gravy), ayam masak merah, beef rendang, asam pedas, ikan keli sambal (catfish in chilli paste) and ayam goreng berempah. There was also nasi lemak, several noodle dishes, rojak pasembur, fruit rojak, traditional kuih and as many as six jars of drinks. The highlight was grilled lamb.
For families there was a dedicated kids' section and a large, comfortable prayer area. The video calls the price reasonable, but we have not confirmed the exact figure.
