Nasi Lemak Kelawar Hausgrill, Klang: A Ramadan Steamboat and Grill Buffet

For an iftar steamboat in Klang, Hausgrill Steamboat Cheese, paired with Nasi Lemak Kelawar, is one of the spots with the most choice. For Ramadan 2026, they ran a steamboat and grill buffet for breaking the fast.

Grill and hotpot options included black pepper chicken, Samyang chicken, ayam hijau (green chilli chicken) and honey lamb, juicy and sweet. Seafood covered squid, prawns, green mussels and fish fillet, and you could mix your own dipping sauce. The highlight was the gulai tiga beradik (three sibling curries): sour-spicy asam pedas with beef tendon, a thick lamb curry and smoked beef in a creamy bird's eye chilli gravy.

There was also pasta, nasi lemak kelawar (coconut rice), grilled chicken, sweet corn, salad, kuih and fritters, unlimited sushi, ice cream and a range of chilled drinks. The buffet cost RM62 per adult from 21 to 27 February 2026. That offer has ended.

Outside Ramadan, Hausgrill sticks to its cheesy steamboat and grill concept, while Nasi Lemak Kelawar is known for nasi lemak piled high with sides. Both open from late afternoon into the night.
