MOCHIKAA BITES, Seksyen 7 Bangi: Giant Build-Your-Own Cream Cheese Mochi

Mochi fans around Bangi, there is one stall everyone is talking about. MOCHIKAA BITES in Seksyen 7, Bandar Baru Bangi sells big cream cheese mochi with very generous fillings. When we arrived, the stall had not even opened yet and a queue was already forming. It sits directly opposite the local Proton showroom, so it is easy to find.
The big draw is the build-your-own concept. You choose the cream cheese flavour, fruit and crumbs to be wrapped in a soft mochi skin. Cream cheese flavours we spotted included cookies and cream, Biscoff and chocolate, while fruit options included strawberry, mango and grapes. According to the stall, flavours and fruit change daily, so every visit might bring a new combination.
Prices are friendly too. For RM12 you get a mochi with one cream cheese flavour and two fruits. For a bigger one, the RM15 size comes with three cream cheese flavours and four fruits. Finish it off with your favourite crumbs such as Oreo, Biscoff or red velvet.
MOCHIKAA BITES opens every day except Thursday and Friday, from 11am until sold out. The mochi goes fast, so come early if you do not want to leave empty-handed.
