At Jom Santai X Syahmi Sazli in GM Klang, held from 22 to 26 July 2026, one stall had the longest queue of all: Kerabu Maggi Anissa Faizul. The event ran from 11am to midnight, and plenty of people happily waited for a bowl of kerabu Maggi (instant noodles tossed in a spicy, tangy salad-style dressing).
The stall sells only kerabu Maggi, in four versions: chicken, cockles, seafood and special. The sauce goes in first, then the noodles, salad and mixed vegetables (cabbage and carrot), followed by chicken and three kinds of sausage, which come with every option. The cockle version adds onion and coriander, and chilli flakes are on hand for extra heat.
We went for the hot special. The sauce was thick and the bowl was packed with prawns, cockles and squid. Stirred through with chilli flakes, the heat really kicked in. No wonder people were willing to queue.
