Kompleks PKNS Ramadan Bazaar, Shah Alam: Small but Packed with Lamb Rice
The Ramadan bazaar at Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam in Ramadan 2026 was not big, but it still offered lamb rice, chicken in red sauce, biryani and plenty of iftar fare.
This time we stopped by the Kompleks PKNS Ramadan Bazaar in Section 14, Shah Alam. It is honestly a small bazaar, but we were there for the food, not the size.
One stall sold nasi kambing (spiced rice with lamb), with sides of lamb, ayam masak merah (chicken in a sweet-spicy red sauce) and chicken biryani. According to a 2026 Ramadan bazaar guide, the bazaar had around 145 stalls and was also known for Thai laksa and Vietnamese rolls.
The bazaar ran throughout Ramadan 2026 and has now ended. Its big plus is its spot right next to Kompleks PKNS, so visitors could do their Raya shopping after picking up iftar.
