Ampang Villa No. 4, Ukay Heights: Event Villa for 100 Guests

Who knew that in the middle of Ukay Heights, Ampang there's a big villa that can host events for up to 100 people? Ampang Villa No. 4 is run by Smarthome Airbnb and designed in a modern minimalist style, with plenty of parking inside the compound. It's easy to reach from central Kuala Lumpur via the MRR2.

Behind the villa is a large lawn for events like engagements, nikah (solemnisation) ceremonies, small kenduri (feasts), birthdays, BBQs or company hi-teas. Inside, the high-ceilinged living room is hung with paper lanterns and fits many guests, while the dining room has a long table seating 20. The kitchen is fully equipped.

For entertainment there's a games room with a pool table, air hockey, arcade machines and board games, plus a karaoke room. The private pool opens straight off the games and karaoke rooms, so kids and adults alike won't get bored.

The villa has 6 bedrooms for 30 people. The master bedroom with a round bed suits a bride and groom holding their wedding here, and has an exclusive bathroom with a jacuzzi and shower. The largest bedroom overlooks the event lawn. If you need more space, Ampang Villa No. 3 across the road can also be rented. Check prices and exact capacity directly with the operator.

Ukay Heights is a hilly residential area in Ampang, near Darul Ehsan Golf Club and the AKLEH, so guests from Kuala Lumpur, Gombak and Cheras can get there easily. Because it's in a residential neighbourhood, keep karaoke noise down at night and make sure guests' cars don't block the neighbours.
